“The way out is IN.” Dolores Cannon

At this moment in history aside from protesting, calling senators and congressmen and women, talking about what is happening in our country openly, and donating to organizations that work for the greater good. We need to expand our process of reclamation to include inner work.

If you take a look at history, there is always a push and pull. A constant fight for consciousness, and the tiny victories come with great sacrifice.

There are many predications that our country is entering a great decline, of resources, of morality of the comforts that we have grown accustomed.

Chogyam Trungpa, Ra Uru Hu, Vanessa Machado de Oliveir, Frances Weller,  Robin Wall Kimmerer, Holly Turhlar, Charles Eisenstein, Marianne Williamson, bell hooks, Malidoma Patrice Some, Sobonfu Some, A New Possibility, Alok, American Resiliency, Karen Curry Parker,

Thich Nhat Hanh, Nate Hagens, Western astrology (entering into the age of Aquarius) and so many more voices all speak to the changes on the horizon.

There are also many positive messages woven into the demise of capitalism, mainly that we will enter into a time of greater community collaboration, and a more conscience life experience. Where we are not in direct opposition to our environments, where we do not have to hate to feel powerful or a false sense of freedom.

There is always free choice, to decide what we want to see in our lives and to create it at any capacity possible and to reclaim the decency that we would like to see in our country.

What I see at this moment in time, is quite a few people choosing not to stand in their sovereignty, to disagree with the bullying and violence against of certain populations of people. I see a lot of fear and that fear will not lead us in healthy direction. The desire to control another person’s personal choices, comes from a deficiency inside. The excuse that it acceptable to use violence on an innocent population comes from internal violence against yourself. It is easy to destroy something and hard to rebuild it.

Enough is enough.  It is time to think through your actions and your choices way into the future. The lives of your children and grandchildren. To stop blaming someone else or a group of people for the shortcomings in your own individual experience. We have been cloaked in disillusionment, to throw off that shroud of ignorance, you have to occupy the present. Look from eyes that can actually see what is happening and hear from ears that listen, challenge your mind, what it believes and who is telling it what to do, ask what is their motive?

Presence and embodiment of the carne or mass of your body. One hundred times a day, practice and cultivation of joy. This will chase away the numbness that you may have become accustomed to, it will ground the fear in healthy action. These actions maybe small in nature, especially at first. Then they may grow into a large scale project of creativity that supports your neighbors for years to come.

Thank You
