The system of energetics is seriously handicapped in Western culture.

There has been an unhealthy and unbalanced emphasis on proving human systems, such as health and healing, with exact measurements. This hyperfixation has caused us to overlook powerful moments and choices that could lead us to a better future. I think it was misused in order to gain power over the masses and make them malleable, to take advantage of us. I believe the spiritual bypassing and idiot-shaming of the concept of energetics were done deliberately to keep people from exploring it. Even the idea of “new age” is limiting us too much at this point in history.

If you believe in energy, you can hold yourself in poise and wield a force that exists and that you are already linked into a stream of movement.

Tongue of light, a hidden force of energy that exists above us like DU20, the acupuncture point, 10,000 meetings, it connects us to the above, an access of energy that can transform our consciousness into action on the human plane.  Your body is the conductor, humming with a frequency.

Yesterday I was in a big store, waiting about 20 minutes, watching the people. Where is the light? People seem so sad and disconnected; there is a dimmed spark. We can revive the light by giving it focus. The Black Panthers in the early 1970’s in Harlem, NY, were using auricular acupuncture (ear) to treat the community. I watched this documentary, and it had a profound impact on the population, just from something so simple. People said their nervous systems would downregulate, they felt more connected to the community, they had more imagination, and they felt that their trauma was being healed.

This was just a tiny experiment in collective energy healing, and we all know what was done to that community.

They were on track, and it worked.

I had an interesting conversation over the weekend with an old high school friend, and we talked about how adulting has exorcised the joy and wonder out of us, and we can’t get it back.

WE are trying to find the flow, and it is lost to some degree. Disillusionment corrupted us; loss has overtaken us; hopelessness; and we are powerless in the face of corruption on such a massive scale. Why can’t we find this power inside ourselves and live it? Some are, and some can, but I do not believe it is rooted in ideology, theory, or youth. It is conceived in loss, suffering, and pain. IF you find joy in the dark, you can wield light. This is not a phenomenon for sale; you cannot make money off it, and if you are selling, you are heading for some form of corruption. If you offer it as a byproduct of work you are doing, that probably works, but you need to be very honest with yourself and have good supervision. Capitalism dominates morality in the current status quo.
